High Performance Retail is owned and operated by Andy Ireland:
Andy consults, coaches and trains other Retail Businesses and also is still actively involved in his own Retail Outlet. This means all of his teachings are tested and measured for efficiency in his own and clients businesses before they see the light of day here. You won’t find any grand sweeping FLUFFY motherhood statements about marketing and sales here. Everything is down and dirty action steps with specific “how to”instructions. Andy’s mantra goes something like this:
Retailers are time poor and need stuff they can do right now to make more sales this instant! And it better be easy!
So everything Andy shows is designed to be easy, quick and simple to implement, it’s all about getting results quickly! Occasionally Andy brings in other experts to help with specific teaching elements. I mean you can’t know everything about everything, can you? Andy’s specialty is Retail Systems made SIMPLE for the small to medium Retailer.
Retail can be easily improved once you break it into components and then break those components into manageable and more importantly MEASURABLE pieces. You can’t manage what you can’t measure. This is way easier than you think. Andy does not do anything the hard way.
Andy’s been in his own Retail Business for over 22 years and in that time of recessions and GFC’s never had a negative growth year.
In his spare time he sails around the South Australian waterways with his wife Elana on their 40 foot Catamaran named “What If”.
from the belief concept “what if the best happens?” And if it’s too rough for that he sometimes drags the motorcycle out for a blast.
